I'm going to try something new for me here on the blog...I want to start posting a project a week. It might be big, it might be small, something old, something new. I encourage you to chime in, and leave links, if it's something you are interested in. Hopefully we can inspire/motivate/teach each other as the weeks go by. I have lots of things on my going to do list, and maybe this will get them done! I'm calling it DIY Friday, and the first post will be today. I like to start out the new year with a new journal, so that's what the first post is about...journals. see you soon!
Sounds like a fabulous idea to me. Just coming from you it will have to be gorgeous, as is everything else here on your blog, so I can't wait.
I would love to see how to make that panelled sew-up basket project you showed from one of the Silver Bella events. I believe it was a Charlotte Lyons project though, so I don't know if that would be appropriate?? Just a thought.

Oh how I adore your blog. So much beauty here and you can see the love you put into your work. I got teary looking at your wedding posts. It was all so lovely.

DIY Friday sounds fabulous, what a great idea. Do you mind if I use your photo for one of my journal pages please, I just love the "pinkness" of this flower!
