Good morning friends! It seems like forever since I've been here. I needed a few weeks to spend with family and try to sort out the flood of emotions that come with the loss of a loved one. There have been many bright spots, like seeing family from all over the country...some that hadn't seen my children since they were babies. SO much reconnecting, and stories and laughter. So much food! So today is a new day, and a new week, and I need to reconnect with a few other things. My life for one. And this blog, and your blog, and the gym, and the garden, and a million emails...Here's wishing you a fabulous day! xo

I am loving your pins (check out my blog header). So sorry about your loss but so glad you had a chance to reconnect with family and friends. Glad you are back to blogging.

Hi Susanne~ I'm so sorry about your father-in-law's passing. You're so right, we should enjoy every second of every day. I'm happy you're okay and now able to look forward in such a positive way. Have a great day, Sweetie! :) Paulette

It's hard to get back into the normal routines of life after a loss. Take it slowly. Sounds like you have wonderful support.

I, too, have a great collection of these old enameled floralpins. Aren't they great?
