The nest with pink eggs belongs to...Heidi Woodruff!

I've sent you two an email , and will get your nests in the mail!

You were all so sweet with your comments, that I wish I had enough nests to give you all one!  I appreciate every one of you for taking the time to stop by and read my blog and leave such thoughtful comments...you make my day-EVERY day!

In other news...diningroom1

The dining room is painted, but bare...I'm really kind of liking it...I hope to enlist some boys to help me move things this weekend...all it will require is a pan of brownies, and I'll have all the help I can use!

Elizabeth is coming home from Nashville today, her Spring Break is next week...she is flying to Florida on Monday to spend 5 days with my parents.  I am sending her with my old camera, and asked her to "guest blog" when she gets back.  We will see how a 20 year old spends Spring Break...hopefully the only "girls gone wild" she will have is with my mom and her credit card at the mall!

Hi Suzanne,
Oh how I wish I had been picked for the pink nest!! I am happy though for the two lucky ladies...I love your dining room color! The chandelier really sparkles! I can't wait to see the finished product...Have a wonderful weekend :) ann

The dinning room turned out beautifully!
Can't wait to see what your daughter blogs about. Some how I think she is a chip off the old block!

I love your dining room!!! Can't wait to see it decorated.

Your dining room looks so fresh and what a gorgeous chandelier!

Look forward to hearing about your daughters Spring Break!

Victoria

I wish you were coming to Florida too!!! I love how your dining room turned out, what a dramatic difference!

Thank you! I'm so excited to win this beautiful nest with pink eggs! I love your dining room wall color and the gorgeous chandelier. Spring break already? My daughter's college spring break is the last week of March, I have a long wait...then we'll take a girls' road trip to see my mom!
Thanks again for drawing my name!

Delicious color choice, Suzanne! That color will be a perfect canvas for decorating fun and should make your room absolutely glow.

LOVE the paint color! Totally fab.

p.s. the egg is AMAZING!

Beautiful color in the dining room!

Your dining room looks much like the color I recently painted my living room and dining room. I went from a bold gold to "believable buff". I love it! So peaceful and any color can be used to accent. Your dining room looks wonderful!

As disappointed as I am, Congrats to the girls who won!!
Im a cream girl at heart, and I love your walls, accessories are much easier to change, and it means you have to go shopping each time you change your mind! Sometimes, I wish I could just empty a room, or my house, and just go shopping and change my style....but I hang onto everything, I love it all!
Sue

Congrats girls! And to you 2 that dining room turned out so fabulous. Looking forward to the the guest blogger...LOL! I have teenage nieces so just can imagine will be great no worries. enjoy. Grace

Oh Suzanne, it's just absolutely divine!! You made a perfect choice!!! Gosh I wisj I could be painting now but it's so cold hee still!! Can't wait to see what happens next!!! Boo hoo, I'm sad, wanted some of your crafty genius in my home, lucky winners! Lori

Suzanne, What a lovely blog you have here--just found it through Daisy Cottage.
I do so love you dining room and especially its new color. I have mine done in the gold, and would like to use another accent color for another wall. Would you be willing to tell what the color is and who makes it? Do you think it would go with the gold on a smaller wall?
Trying to do a bit of renovating on a shoestring, and the best place to start is with paint! I'm ready.........
Will be back to read your blog now that I found it.

Hi suzanne, I was the one commenting about you lovely room. Is believable buff the color for the large wall"? It is so rich looking.
I will have to post some pictures of my living room so others may see what I did with my gold/yellow color. have a ton of other ideas, too............. Isn't it fun?

Thanks for replying.

Connie :)
